Parking facilities are either carport, SLUG or DLUG and there are both one and two level apartment options. Guest parking is available and clearly signed.

A committed on site management team maintains the grounds and well designed pool in excellent order working closely in cooperation with an enthusiastic and well informed Body Corporate committee.

There are an approximately equal mix of owner occupiers and investor owned properties with permanent tenants in residence. Currently there are no short term lets on the premises.

A scheduled annual painting program is in place to ensure the property is kept looking the part.
Pets are permitted on a case by case basis but there are no guarantees and each application is treated separately.

Currently rentals range from around $420 – $500 per week with sales around the range $440,000 – $490,000. Both are very favourable for the owner  occupier, renter or investor in the complex.
